P2P

The ability of transferring files from one computer to another using the internet or networked, is what we define as file sharing. The P2P, is what allow us to access media files, some of this include video, games, music, and books, by using a software program that connects to the data your searching for. Some example of these programs, is the Pirate Bay, Redwoosh, and Pando Networks. ""But both sides have indicted that thy would appeal any decision against them, and the Pirate Bay has said that it could keep operating the service from another country"(Pfanner, Eric. "Should Online Scofflaws Be Denied Web Access?". april 12, 2009, nytimes.com)" these programs are not very legal, however their popularity is so broad that is almost impossible to stop them. Today, people can use these programs to copy almost anything you want, from movies, music, or books. "Media companies say that piracy -- some prefer to call it "digital theft" to emphasize the criminal nature of the act -- is an increasingly mainstream pursuit. (Stelter, Brian. Digital Pirates Winning Battle With Studios. feb. 4, 2009. nytimes.com)" Is like committing a crime that no one is aware of; easy and cheaper to get.

The application should have more than thousands of emojis and should let users create their own emojis or emotions type. It should be like an avatar, that you have to upload something or will show you as sleeping or almost dead. Others users can react to it and post comments, and like/dislike under your emotions. The emojis can be live, letting you move it around the way you prefer. Similar to an Instagram application, but with emojis.
